Policy

This time is reserved exclusively for you. We endevour to confirm appointment times via SMS at least 24 hours prior to booking. If you do not have a mobile phone, please call the salon and leave a message to confirm your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment. (48 hours prior if scheduled on a Monday).

We require at least 24 hours notice (48 hours notice for appointments scheduled on a Monday) to reschedule or cancel an appointment or you will incur a 20% no show fee for the time that has been booked.

Your first visit must be paid for at the time of booking. If we do not receive at least 24 hours notification of any change you will incur a no show fee.
